Prescription Items

This item can be added to your shopping cart and paid for with non-prescription items, however it cannot be dispatched until we received a valid copy of your prescription.

By ordering this item, you acknowledge you have a valid prescription for your pet that can be forwarded to us by email, or confirmed with your veterinarian. We accept any standard veterinary prescription issued in Hong Hong.

Dog Ward

Our Kowloon Veterinary Hospital (KVH) dog ward is sanitised daily. All our patients have fresh water and they are given warm blankets to keep them comfortable. All dogs in our ward are carefully monitored and talked to, patted and given lots of attention!

Cat Ward

Our feline patients are kept separate from the dogs. The cat ward is insulated so they don’t hear the dogs barking, which allows them to relax. All cats are given kitty beds, litter boxes and fresh water. All cats in our ward are carefully monitored and given lots of attention daily.
